The Resistance
This section contains the profiles of the main human resistance fighters. The main leaders focused on throughout both series was Mike Donavon and Julie Parrish.
The Visitors
This section contains the profiles of the alien Visitors who came to Earth. They are listed according to their hierarchy within the attacking force. The main character focused on within both the mini series and full series is is Diana. She is more of a scientist than a warrior but by far one of the most interesting of the Visitors.
The Collaborators
Whilst the resistance battled with the invading Visitors there were those among the humans that sort to either befriend or join with them. Their motivates were varied, whether trying to make money or increase their status
The 5th Column
Among the Visitors who invaded earth there were a few who did not agree with the leaders plan for the inhabitants of Earth. They helped to assist the resistance in thwarting many of the Visitors plans.
